1. About Me

A Senior DevOps Engineer interested in automating, building and deploying tools that glue applications and infrastructure together. I posses expertise in managing Kubernetes clusters, provisioning infrastructure through Terraform, monitoring, and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure.

I have the privilege to work at Tamkeen Technologies. Where I learned to bring a strong foundation in software development, and proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and containerization to ensure seamless application development and deployment.

I'm also passionate about leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI). One of my key projects involved developing an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) system for recognizing Arabic printed text using a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN).

April 2024 - Present

Kubernetes cluster optimization via quota calculation from applications workloads, which led to better cluster stability.
Adopted GitOps best practices by managing workloads through Git and ArgoCD.
Automate the creation of object storage and databases with Kubernetes Operators.
Utilized the native resources provided by Kubernetes like RBAC and NetworkPolicies to enforce cluster security measures.

Jan 2024 - April 2024

Administer Multiple Kubernetes clusters with tens of applications on multi cloud.
Configure Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring metrics and set up alerting with slack, email, and PagerDuty via Alertmanager.

Integrated with various third-party. by utilizing REST APIs, websockets.
Adopted Automated tests strongly, and automated them through CI pipelines.
Deployed applications on Kubernetes, and used Grafana, OpenSearch, NewRelic, ArgoCD, PagerDuty to montior them.
